We are seeking a Graphic Designer with a passion for real estate design to bring our projects to life visually. The candidate will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to create captivating graphics that effectively showcase plots, villas, and farmlands. From social media creatives to brochures and advertisements, you will play a key role in maintaining our brand image.

Responsibilities:

Design and create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, social media posts, and advertisements.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visuals that align with brand guidelines and project goals.
Create property presentations and renderings that highlight the unique features of each project.
Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion while meeting deadlines.
Stay updated with design trends in the real estate market and apply them to enhance our marketing materials.
Ensure all designs are optimized for various digital and print platforms.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the real estate or related sectors.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and color theory.
A creative mindset with attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
