“We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our design team. In this role, you will support the development of visual concepts and designs that align with our brand identity. You will work closely with senior designers, marketing teams, and other departments to transform ideas into compelling visuals.

Key Responsibilities
Design Support: Assist in creating a variety of digital and print assets, such as social media graphics, marketing materials, presentations, and brochures.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all design outputs follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across projects.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, etc.) to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions on time.
Brainstorm & Ideation: Participate in team brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to visual storytelling.
Asset Management: Organize and maintain design files, version control, and project documentation.
Revisions & Feedback: Incorporate feedback from senior designers and stakeholders to refine designs and meet project objectives.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and new tools/software to continually improve design quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or relevant equivalent experience).
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and/or other design software.
Design Fundamentals: Basic understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and composition.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate design concepts.
Creativity & Eye for Detail: Keen attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality work.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing academic or real-world design projects (even personal projects) is highly recommended.
