Job Description
“We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented SEO / Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing our website’s SEO performance while also collecting crucial data such as customer contact details for lead generation. This role blends technical SEO expertise with research capabilities, supporting both marketing and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead Generation:
Research and identify potential customers by visiting relevant websites, gathering contact details (such as email addresses and phone numbers), and compiling the data into a structured format for lead generation).
Use manual and automated methods to extract data while ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations (such as GDPR).
Support the sales and marketing teams by providing high-quality leads for outreach and campaign efforts.
Maintain an up-to-date and organized database of all collected contact information in CRM
-SEO Activities:
Website Audits: Conduct comprehensive website audits to assess current SEO performance, identifying areas for improvement in on-page and off-page factor.
SEO Tools Proficiency: Utilize tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics to track SEO performance, monitor keyword rankings, and identify opportunities for optimization.
Content Optimization: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify target keywords for on-page optimization and content creation.
Collaborate with content teams to ensure articles, blogs, and landing pages are optimized for relevant keywords and offer valuable, SEO-friendly content.
Article & PR Submissions: Submit articles and press releases to high-authority websites and media platforms to enhance brand visibility and acquire valuable backlinks.
Internal Linking & Back linking: Develop and implement effective internal linking strategies to improve site navigation and distribute page authority.
Guest Blogging: Identify guest blogging opportunities on influential industry blogs and websites to contribute high-quality, optimised content.
Competitor Research: Conduct thorough competitor research to analyse SEO strategies, target keywords, and backlink profiles of competitors.
Required Qualifications:
#Bachelor’s degree.
#Proficiency with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Search Console.
#Experience in keyword research, content optimization, and backlink building.
#Strong research skills, particularly in gathering and organizing customer data.
#Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and compliance in data collection.
