Job Description: The candidate will develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns promoting the organization services. The candidate should influence socially and acquire leads/customers, drive web traffic, optimize and maximize search engine optimization organically.

Candidate should be able to design, develop web pages (static or dynamic), social media banners, Blogs (or) content development related to social media happenings and help in building web apps and generate business and involve / assist in customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop marketing strategies that align with the organization’s business goals.
Identify most searched keywords relevant to our business (Finance, Accounts, Compliance, Taxations and secretarial) and implement them in our websites / web apps.
Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, search engines, Whatsapp, Telegram, emails and display advertising.
Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance and help organization business to grow (A special pay based on the business developed).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience
Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies (incl. AI tools & GPT’s).


B.Tech with Digital Marketing skills, MBA with Marketing specialization & Graduation with computer skills and digital marketing skills or any relevant field
Certification in Digital Marketing from a reputed institution (Mandatory).
0-1 years of experience in digital marketing or relevant fields
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising
Proficient in marketing automation tools
Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Strong project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Note: Candidates with certifications in coding (Full Stack), web development along with digital marketing certification are preferred.
