The Birla Punya was launched on March 5, 2025. This project, which is being developed by Birla Estates, would be situated in Sangamwadi, Central Pune. Birla Punya is five acres in total size. There is plenty of room for parks and common areas because 79% of the land is designated as open space. The two towers that make up the complex are Tower A and Tower B. A total of 500 residential apartments will be housed in these towers.
